Hello Friends!

I am so happy that you are back to indulge in another crafty tutorial! I love Netflix! Don’t you?! I like the fact that there are so many variety of TV shows and movies available to watch. Netflix has something for every type.

In honour of my love for Netflix, this week’s blog post is all about a Netflix tracker using Tombow USA products. This tracker makes the perfect addition to your bullet journal to document all of your TV needs. If you are like me, this is helpful since I always have so many TV shows on the go. Keep reading below to find out how to create this Netflix tracker.

Supplies

  • Notebook (I’m using the Tombow USA notebook I received in a VIP box)
  • Tombow Mono Drawing Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Tombow Mono Eraser
  • Tombow Dual Brush Pens, Pastel 10 Pack
  • Tombow Mono Drawing Pens (I used size 01 and 05)
  • Tombow Fudenosuke Pen (I used the hard tip)

Step 1: Create the Tracker Layout

Using the Tombow Mono pencil, create the layout of the Netflix tracker. I used the top third of the page to create the title ‘Netflix Tracker’. I sketched out ‘Netflix’ in block letters and created a banner to include ‘tracker’ in script lettering.

Then, I divided the page into equal halfs. I first lettered the title of the TV show in block letters, added ‘Seasons’ in script lettering and created a box tracker for the number of seasons included in the TV show. Repeat this format for each of the TV shows you would like to track. To finish I added a popcorn and TV illustration.

Step 2: Add Colour

Take the colours included in the Tombow Dual Brush Pen Pastel 10 pack, and add colour where you think is appropriate. I didn’t want to see a white page so I opted for filling in the background with light colours. I also added colour to the banner and box tracker. This is where I also added lettering to the word ‘Netflix’ at the top.

Step 3: Add Outline and Letter

Last, I outlined details on the page – lettering, banner, lines, boxes and illustrations. I used the Tombow Mono pen in size 05 to do most of the outline. I used the Tombow Mono pen in size 01 for adding smaller details found in the lettering, banner and illustrations. I used the Tombow Fudenosuke pen specifically for lettering the word ‘Seasons’. This was to create contrast on the page. Once all of the ink has dried, erase any pencil marks with the Tombow Mono eraser.

Simply cross off the seasons that you have finished watching!
